Baldwyn High School Junior Completes Job Shadow at NurseMed 2

Bralee Leach, a junior at Baldwyn High School, spent Thursday shadowing nurses at NurseMed 2 in Baldwyn. During her visit, she learned how to test patients for COVID-19 and the flu.

Leach said the staff were welcoming and willing to explain their procedures, which made the experience comfortable and educational. She added that the opportunity helped her understand how a clinic operates and provided insight into healthcare careers.

Leach expressed gratitude to the staff at NurseMed 2 for offering the learning experience. She hopes to pursue a career in healthcare in the future, inspired by her visit.
