Baldwyn High Student Gains Construction Experience with R&R Construction

Baldwyn High School senior Trezlin Arnold spent the day shadowing workers at R&R Construction, according to the school district.

Arnold accompanied the crew as they worked on an addition to a Barndominium on Birmingham Ridge Road. He shared his thoughts on construction, saying, “I have always enjoyed it. I have always liked watching nothing become something. It is hard work, but if you enjoy what you do, you will never work a day in your life. If I had the another chance, I would choose construction every single time.”

The experience was part of a program to introduce students to careers in the trades, the district said. Arnold expressed enthusiasm for his future in construction and appreciation for the opportunity to learn more about the field.
