Baldwyn Schools will remain closed through Jan. 30 due to ongoing hazardous conditions, including ice, hanging power lines, and downed trees, according to Superintendent Raymond Craven.
The district has prioritized the safety of students and staff amid the unsafe conditions. The school district will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates via social media, its website, and automated phone calls from AIMS/School Status.
Craven urged parents and staff to stay alert for further notifications regarding school status. The district will reassess conditions and announce any changes accordingly.
