The Booneville Blue Devil Symphonic Band has received an All-Superior rating and the Sweepstakes Award at the Missouri Bandmasters Association State Concert Evaluations, according to school officials.
Students performed what was described as their best concert to date, representing Booneville High School and the city with distinction, the school said.
Following the achievement, the band is set to travel to Disney for upcoming performances, officials added.
