The City of Booneville announced that its directors and employees completed a six-session series on leadership development offered by Cory Lee Leadership.
The program, titled “Principles On Becoming A Better Leader,” concluded with a certification quiz, which participants completed successfully, according to city officials.
The city also expressed gratitude to local business sponsors who provided lunch during the sessions, helping facilitate the training. Officials say the initiative is part of ongoing efforts to build a stronger team and improve the city’s overall effectiveness.
City leaders emphasized that the training aims to foster better leadership practices among staff and officials to benefit the community.
