Booneville High Students Meet National FFA Officers

Six students from Booneville High School in Mississippi met with the National FFA Officer Team during a recent event. Joshua Taylor, Thomas Long, CJ Johnson, Warren Jacobs, Jayce Tankersley, and Destiny Mathis participated in breakout sessions and listened to keynote speeches from the officers.

The students gained leadership insights and motivation from the experience, which also provided a firsthand look at FFA’s national impact. The event was hosted by Wheeler High School, which organizers said contributed to a meaningful experience for attendees.

The school expressed pride in the students for representing Booneville High School well. A spokesperson thanked the National Officer Team for their mentorship and praised the students’ participation.
