BSD schools closed Jan. 19 for Martin Luther King Jr. Day

The Broward School District will be closed Monday, Jan. 19, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, officials announced.

Students and staff will have a three-day weekend and are encouraged to enjoy the holiday.

Classes will resume on Tuesday, Jan. 20, according to district officials.
