Mississippi Department of Wildlife and Fisheries Hiring for Multiple Positions

The Mississippi Department of Wildlife and Fisheries is seeking candidates for several open positions, according to a department news release.

Available roles include assistant park manager at Clarkco State Park and park manager at George Cossar State Park. The assistant park manager will oversee administrative and supervisory duties, focusing on organizing park work crews. The park manager will handle overall management, policy development, and program planning.

The department is also hiring wildlife biologists. The South Central WMA Biologist position, which covers Old River, Wolf River, Leaf River, Theodore Mars, Little Biloxi, and Marion County wildlife management areas, is open statewide. An assistant WMA biologist position is also available statewide to support the Southwest Wildlife Management Areas.
