The Mississippi Department of Public Safety will close its offices on Monday in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, according to a news release from the agency.
All Driver Service Bureaus across the state will be closed. The offices are scheduled to reopen Tuesday, Jan. 20.
The department expressed appreciation for those working during the holiday to maintain safety in the state.
