Mississippi Waterfowl Stamp Turns 50 with New Commemorative Posters
The Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks is celebrating the 50th anniversary of its waterfowl stamp program with the release of commemorative posters. These posters display every stamp issued from 1977 through 2026.
The posters will be available free of charge at regional offices across the state. Locations include the North Region offices in Enid and Tupelo, the Central Region office in Canton, the South Region office in Magnolia, and the department’s headquarters in Jackson.
The department noted that recent weather has delayed deliveries to the North Region offices. Visitors are advised to call ahead before visiting those locations. The department thanked the public for supporting 50 years of conservation efforts.
