Mississippi Wildlife Officers Promoted in Central Region Ceremony

The Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks’ Central Region held a promotion pinning ceremony on March 2, 2026, to honor four officers. All four officers have completed five years of service with the department.

The officers were promoted from the rank of Corporal to Sergeant. The promoted officers include Sergeant Adam Wright, Sergeant Todd Verry, Sergeant Colby Miggins, and Sergeant Joey Neese. Miggins and Neese were not pictured at the event.

The department congratulated the officers on their achievements and service milestones. The ceremony highlights the department’s commitment to recognizing its personnel’s dedication and career advancement.
