North East Mississippi Community College baseball’s doubleheader at Marion Military scheduled for Saturday has been postponed due to forecasted inclement weather, according to school officials.
The games have been rescheduled for next Tuesday, Feb. 10, with first pitch set for noon, the school said.
Officials did not specify the exact weather conditions that led to the postponement but cited safety concerns. The teams are expected to play the makeup doubleheader next week.
