North East Mississippi Community College announced that all campuses will be closed Monday in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
The college will reopen on Tuesday at 8 a.m., according to a news release from NEMCC.
The closure aligns with federal and state observances of the civil rights leader’s birthday, which is celebrated annually on the third Monday in January.
Students and staff are advised to check the college’s website for any updates or changes to the schedule.
