Students from Northeast Mississippi Community College’s marketing program visited Booneville to observe real-world marketing efforts. The group met with Booneville Main Street Director Debb Tubb, who demonstrated how marketing supports local businesses and revitalizes downtown areas.
The visit highlighted how marketing happens every day in communities, beyond classroom lessons. NEMCC students experienced firsthand the impact of strategic marketing on local economies and community development.
At NEMCC, marketing students participate in hands-on projects, networking, and community partnerships to prepare for careers in the field, officials said.
