NEMCC’s Maniya Kirksey earns all-conference honors in basketball

Northeast Mississippi Community College sophomore Maniya Kirksey has earned all-conference honors in women’s basketball, according to the college.

Kirksey finished fifth in the Mississippi Association of Community Colleges Conference with an average of 16.2 points per game. She also led her team with an average of 6.5 rebounds and posted a field goal percentage of 47.8%, the school said.

The Tigers concluded their season with Kirksey as a key contributor, earning recognition for her performance on the court.
