The Northeast Mississippi Community College baseball team defeated Coahoma 11-2 in a recent game, completing the season series sweep against the visiting Tigers, according to school officials.
Matthew Osteen pitched a complete game to lead Northeast, contributing to the victory. The team now prepares for its next game Saturday at Pearl River.
Northeast is scheduled to travel for the game, according to the school’s athletic department.
