Northeast Custodial Staff Completes Safety Training
The custodial staff at Northeast Mississippi Community College participated in a recent safety training session as part of their professional development. The training was led by Jay Jackson, an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist from Mississippi State University.
During the session, staff members received instruction on chemical safety, hazardous waste management, proper use of personal protective equipment, and emergency response procedures. The training aims to enhance safety awareness and ensure the team is prepared to handle potential hazards.
