Northeast Mississippi Community College Softball Starts Conference Play Early Due to Weather

Northeast Mississippi Community College’s softball team started its conference schedule ahead of schedule due to forecasted severe weather, according to school officials.

The Tigers played against Meridian on Thursday at The Plex in Booneville, Mississippi. The doubleheader was originally planned for a later date but was moved up to avoid weather disruptions.
