Northeast Mississippi Community College’s men’s basketball team defeated East Mississippi 87-83 in a tightly contested game in Scooba, according to school officials.
The Tigers held off a strong comeback attempt from the Lions to secure the victory and finish the regular season on a high note. The game was played in Scooba, where the home team faced a tough challenge from East Mississippi throughout the contest.
