Northeast trailed at halftime but dominated the second half defensively to pull away. The Lady Tigers return to the court Monday, traveling to Hinds for a game scheduled to tip off at 5:30 p.m., the team said.
Northwest struggled offensively throughout the game, unable to mount a sustained rally after halftime, the report added.
