Northside Missions plans to assemble foster care packages for Prentiss County Child Protective Services on Wednesday, February 4. The goal is to create 20 to 30 care packages for foster families, according to organizers.
Needed items include diapers, baby soaps, rash creams, and swaddles. Volunteers are encouraged to contribute 20 to 30 of each item to support local foster families.
Organizers noted that those affected by recent events should refrain from donating. Community members unaffected are urged to pick up one or more items and bring them to Northside Missions to help families in need.
The effort aims to provide practical support to foster families in the area, organizers said. Donations can be dropped off at Northside Missions on February 4.
