Prentiss County deputies arrest man on charges of disorderly conduct and shooting into a dwelling
Prentiss County deputies responded to a shots-fired call on Highway 4 West, according to sheriff’s officials. Deputies N’Shaun Cameron and Ray Jennings arrived at the scene.
Timothy Alan Elliott, 33, of Booneville, was initially charged with disorderly conduct. Investigator Torie Jumper presented the case to the Prentiss County Grand Jury.
Elliott was indicted on charges of shooting into a dwelling. His bond has been set at $10,000, authorities said. Investigators Aaron Stolz and Kolby Knight assisted with the case.
