Prentiss County deputy arrests man on meth possession, warrant charges
Prentiss County Deputy Cody Horn arrested Christopher Windham, 31, of Booneville, on March 25, 2026, after observing him walking on a roadway, which the deputy considered a safety hazard to motorists.
Windham was taken into custody on charges of possession of methamphetamine and a warrant from another county, according to authorities. The Prentiss County Justice Court set his bond at $5,000.
North Mississippi Narcotics Agent Grady Smith will present the case to the next grand jury, officials said.
