The Prentiss County School District expressed gratitude Monday to School Resource Officer Brandon Slack for his service to students, staff and the community.
District officials said Officer Slack consistently goes above and beyond to ensure school safety and foster positive relationships with students and staff.
The district acknowledged Officer Slack on School Resource Officer Appreciation Day, thanking him for his commitment and efforts.
Officials added that his work helps create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone in the schools.
