The Prentiss County Sheriff’s Department served a capias indictment on Terry Lee Foster, 64, of Booneville, on March 2, 2026, according to a news release.
Foster faces two counts of fondling a child. The Circuit Court set his bond at $20,000.00. The case was presented to the grand jury by Investigator Torie Jumper.
Investigators Aaron Stolz and Kolby Knight assisted in the case, the sheriff’s office said.
