Trae Cagle hits three-run homer as NEMCC leads Coahoma

Trae Cagle hit a three-run home run over the left-field wall, giving Northeast Mississippi Community College a 13-2 lead over Coahoma in the second inning of their baseball game, according to the school.

The homer was Cagle’s third of the season, and it helped cushion the Tigers’ lead early in the game. The game was broadcast on the Northeast Black Channel and stats were available online through the school’s website.

The game is part of the Tigers’ season as they aim to improve their standings in Region 23.
