Two Booneville men charged in Prentiss County shed burglary

The Prentiss County Sheriff’s Department announced that two men from Booneville have been charged in connection with a shed burglary on County Road 1219.

The department received a report of the break-in on February 6, 2026. Several items were reported stolen from inside the shed, according to authorities.

On February 14, investigators identified Dustin Blade Asher, 23, and Austin Tyler Adams, 30, as suspects. Both were charged with burglary of a commercial building. Adams faces additional charges of possession of a weapon by a felon and conspiracy. He is also being charged as a habitual offender, authorities said.

Bond for Asher was set at $25,000, while Adams’ bond was set at $105,000. The case will be presented to the next Prentiss County Grand Jury by Investigator Aaron Stolz. Investigators Torie Jumper and Kolby Knight assisted in the case, officials said.
