More than 60 women educators gathered at Northeast Mississippi Community College on Saturday for the Northern District Meeting of Delta Kappa Gamma, an international society of women educators.
Dr. Ricky G. Ford, the college’s president, welcomed attendees to the event. Delta Kappa Gamma promotes professional growth, supports educational excellence, and advocates for educators worldwide, according to the organization.
Participants engaged in sessions focused on communication, connection, and commitment, emphasizing collaboration and leadership within the organization, organizers said.
