2026 Homecoming shirts ready for students, events scheduled

Students will receive their 2026 Homecoming shirts today to wear during the week’s activities, according to school officials.

The schedule begins with a pep rally at 9:30 a.m. in the BHS auditorium. Later, at 5:45 p.m., a parade will travel down Main Street to Latimer Park. The Homecoming ceremony is set for 6:30 p.m., followed by the football game at 7 p.m., where the Bearcats will take on their rivals.

School officials encourage students and community members to participate in the events, which celebrate school spirit and community pride. The hashtag #heartofabearcat and #hoco are being used to promote the festivities.
