Baldwyn High Student Visits Itawamba Community College OTA Program

Baldwyn High School junior Kaylee Roberts visited Itawamba Community College’s Tupelo Campus for a one-on-one tour of the occupational therapy assistant program.

Roberts said she appreciated meeting with advisors and professors, who provided information about classes, program expectations, and student opportunities. She added that the tour increased her interest in the program and enthusiasm for attending ICC.

The visit was part of the district’s efforts to expose students to college programs and careers in health sciences, according to a district spokesperson.
