BHS Homecoming Ceremony Moves Up to 6:15 p.m. Due to Weather

The Benbrook High School Homecoming ceremony has been moved to 6:15 p.m. today at the school’s gym, due to the forecast of rain and lightning, according to school officials.

The event was originally scheduled to take place at the football field at 6:30 p.m. but was shifted earlier to ensure safety.

Additionally, the school announced that the Homecoming parade has been canceled because of the rain. No alternative parade date has been provided.

Weather conditions prompted the adjustments, and officials advised attendees to monitor further updates for any additional changes.
