Booneville High School moves graduation indoors due to rain forecast

Booneville High School has announced that its graduation ceremony scheduled for Thursday, May 21, will be relocated to the school gymnasium due to a forecast predicting rain throughout the week, according to school officials.

The ceremony was originally planned to take place on the NEMCC football field but will now be held indoors at 7 p.m., school administrators said.

School officials expressed appreciation for the community’s understanding and said they look forward to celebrating the Class of 2026 together.
