Grow @ The Depot Launches Thursday in Booneville with Live Music and Market
Booneville residents can enjoy a new weekly event starting Thursday at The Depot. Grow @ The Depot features local growers, makers, and artisans sharing fresh produce, handcrafted goods, and community activities.
The event runs from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and includes live performances by the Kenneth Michael Band, Chicken Salad Chix, and D’Lemonade. Attendees can also participate in a collaborative art project called “The People In Your Neighborhood” or grab food to go from vendors A6 and relax in the picnic area, according to organizers.
Vendors are encouraged to set up on the track with tables and tents. There are no vendor fees, and spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Growers and makers can display locally grown produce, handmade crafts, jams, jellies, and baked goods produced by the vendor. Artisans selling non-food items are also welcome, provided their products are handcrafted.
Organizers emphasize the event’s role in strengthening community ties, supporting small businesses, and promoting healthier living. Grow @ The Depot aims to create a space where neighbors connect, creativity flourishes, and community traditions develop.
For more information or to participate, interested vendors can call 662-728-5601, ext. 9, or 662-416-9278, according to event organizers.
