Grow @ The Depot Launches June 4 to Support Local Farmers and Makers

The Depot will launch Grow @ The Depot on June 4, a weekly event designed to support local growers, makers, and the community. The event aims to create a welcoming space for vendors to showcase fresh produce, handmade crafts, and homemade foods.

Vendors can set up during the week without paying fees. Spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and vendors are encouraged to simply show up and participate. The market emphasizes local and artisanal products, including items grown or produced by the vendors themselves.

Every Thursday, families are invited to enjoy workshops, live performances, and activities suitable for all ages. The event seeks to strengthen community ties by supporting small businesses, encouraging healthy living, and fostering neighborhood connections.

Grow @ The Depot prioritizes locally grown and produced items, including jams, jellies, cheeses, baked goods, and handcrafted non-food items like arts and crafts. Vendors are expected to offer products made on their own farms or workshops rather than mass-produced goods.

Organizers encourage the public to participate and support local artisans this summer. For more information or to become a vendor, interested parties can call 662-728-5601 ext 9 or 662-416-9278.
