Mississippi Highway Patrol Troopers visited Kossuth Elementary last Friday as part of Community Helper Day. The event aimed to teach kindergarten students about the roles of local service providers.
Troopers interacted with students, answered their questions, and took photos with some of the future officers. The visit was part of the school’s effort to promote community engagement and awareness of public safety roles.
Kossuth Elementary expressed gratitude for the patrol’s participation, describing it as a fun and educational experience for the children. The Mississippi Department of Public Safety shared photos from the event on social media.
