NEMCC’s Andie Kate Ramey poised to make history at NJCAA golf championship
Andie Kate Ramey of North East Mississippi Community College is one day away from making history during the first season of the college’s women’s golf program.
Ramey enters the final day of the NJCAA national championship tied for fifth place after shooting 2-under par over her last six holes, according to the college.
Her performance has garnered attention as she looks to finish among the top competitors and possibly earn a historic achievement for her program, which is in its inaugural season.
The final round is scheduled for later today, with Ramey aiming to cap off her season with a strong finish, college officials said.
