A new episode of the Mississippi Outdoors Podcast is now available. Host Matt Wyatt sits down with Rick Dillard, a biologist with the U.S. Forest Service, to discuss the Magnolia Records Program.
Dillard launched the program in 2001 and has managed it for more than 20 years. The initiative helps hunters determine if they have harvested a record-worthy Mississippi deer, according to the podcast.
