Northeast Mississippi Community College Softball game moved up due to weather

Northeast Mississippi Community College’s softball team has moved its regular-season finale against Southwest from Saturday to Friday because of forecasted inclement weather, according to school officials.

The game was originally scheduled for Saturday, April 25, but will now be played at 2 p.m. in Summit. The decision was made to avoid potential weather-related disruptions, officials said.

The game marks the end of the regular season for the Tigers, who are preparing for postseason play. Fans are encouraged to check for updates in case of further weather-related changes.
