Pearl River beats Northeast 10-2 in softball game
The Pearl River Tigers, ranked fifth nationally, edged Northeast 10-2 in a softball game. The Tigers connected on a pair of long home runs but couldn’t sustain enough offensive pressure to outpace Pearl River.
Northeast’s lineup struggled to generate consistent hits against the Tigers’ pitching. Despite the Eagles’ efforts to rally, Pearl River maintained control throughout the game.
