The Booneville High School homecoming parade will take place Thursday at 6 p.m., according to school officials. The parade will run down Third Street, near City Park, and conclude at the high school stadium.
Participants are asked to arrive for lineup at 5 p.m. The event kicks off homecoming week, which includes various activities leading up to the Friday night football game. Following the parade, the school will recognize its homecoming court, including sweethearts and beaus, at Blue Devil Stadium.
On Friday, activities continue with a pep rally at 9:25 a.m. in the school gym. The football game against the visiting team is scheduled to start at 7 p.m., with the homecoming court presentation at halftime, along with the announcement of sweethearts and beaus, according to school officials.
