The Booneville Street Department will close North 3rd Street during regular business hours this week for a gas line repair, according to city officials.
The closure will affect the section near the Swift Park Office and MaxxSouth Office. The project is expected to be completed by Friday, June 26.
City officials advise residents to reroute and plan accordingly, as the repairs are expected to take most of the day. The work is part of a broader improvement project in the area.
