The First Circuit Court District Office has expressed appreciation for its 2026 summer interns, acknowledging their professionalism, dedication, and commitment to public service.
During their internship, the law students produced quality work and demonstrated a strong work ethic, according to District Attorney Jason D. Herring. The office recognized their efforts in serving the community and contributing to its operations.
As they continue their legal education, the office wishes each intern success in their studies and future careers. Herring thanked the interns for their contributions and offered best wishes for their futures.
The interns included Luke Pinson from Tupelo, Mississippi, a second-year law student at Tulane University; Ella Pitts from Mantachie, Mississippi, a second-year student at Mississippi College; Lily Shaw from Corinth, Mississippi, a second-year student at Ole Miss; Carter Grubbs from Guntown, Mississippi, a second-year student at Ole Miss; and Autumn Looney from Senatobia, Mississippi, a third-year student at Ole Miss.
