Libraries celebrate National Library Week with hidden Joy characters
Libraries across the country are celebrating National Library Week by engaging visitors in a special activity. A total of 22 Joy characters from the movie Inside Out have been hidden throughout participating libraries, according to organizers.
Patrons who find a Joy can bring it to a librarian to receive a prize from a designated prize basket, library officials said. The event aims to encourage community members to explore the library and enjoy its resources.
Organizers hope participants will âfind a little Joyâ during the celebration, emphasizing the importance of libraries as community hubs and sources of happiness and learning.
