The Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks (MDWFP) is partnering with Responsive Management to conduct its annual hunter survey, the agency announced Monday.
Participants may receive a text message, email, or phone call asking them to take part in the survey. The feedback collected helps MDWFP better understand hunting participation and harvest data across Mississippi.
The agency encouraged hunters to respond when contacted, emphasizing that their input is valuable for managing wildlife resources and hunting policies. MDWFP thanked hunters for their participation in the survey.
