Several officers from Mississippi law enforcement agencies were recognized for their dedication during the Top Cop ceremony earlier this week. The event highlighted the efforts of officers who went above and beyond in their duties.
Cameron Shaffer of the Mississippi Highway Patrol, Russ Gordon and Norman Harris of the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation, and Matthew Cassada and Ethan Harrell of the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics received commendations. Additionally, Marcellous Charleston, Robert Alexander, and Tomekia Bowling of the Capitol Police were also honored.
