Mississippi trooper graduate follows family tradition in law enforcement

Mississippi State Trooper Ana-Rials Beasley graduated from Cadet Class 70 and will join the Commercial Transportation Enforcement Division, according to the Mississippi Department of Public Safety.

She was pinned by her stepfather, Trooper Ben Bearden, a member of the Mississippi Highway Patrol. Beasley is continuing a family tradition of service in law enforcement, the department said.

Congratulations were extended to Trooper Beasley as she begins her career in public safety.
