Mississippi troopers speak to Pascagoula High School football team about leadership and discipline
Troop K of the Mississippi Department of Public Safety visited Pascagoula High School to speak with the football team about leadership, integrity, and discipline. Captain Rogers and Trooper First Class Orozco addressed the team during a recent session.
The officers highlighted that while sports may not always be part of life, the lessons learned through athletics can provide a strong foundation for the future. They emphasized qualities such as commitment, perseverance, and character.
Officials encouraged the players to continue working hard and hinted that some students might consider a future in law enforcement. The message aimed to inspire the team to carry the values of discipline and integrity beyond the football field, officers said.
