The NJCAA Region 23 Poplarville Softball Regional has been delayed because of inclement weather, organizers announced Thursday. The tournament was originally scheduled to begin earlier but will now start on Saturday, May 2.
Game times for Northeast Mississippi Community College’s matchup with Meridian remain unchanged at 4 p.m., with live coverage available on the NEMCCTV Gold Channel, according to school officials.
Additional details regarding the tournament schedule are expected to be released as weather conditions improve.
