Northeast Agriculture students and FFA members attended the Alcorn County Fair’s Feeds the Farmer event, according to organizers.
Students had the opportunity to meet and engage with local farmers and policymakers. They also listened to a presentation by Will Maples of Mississippi State University Agriculture Economics.
Organizers credited Soil and Water District Administrator Seth Bragg for coordinating the event and inviting students to participate.
