Northeast Mississippi Community College has announced a successful academic year, with nearly 60 student-athletes earning NJCAA academic awards. The honors represent each of the college’s competitive athletic programs, according to a news release.
In addition to individual awards, nine Northeast sports teams were recognized as NJCAA All-Academic teams, each with team GPAs exceeding 3.0. The college’s athletic director highlighted the achievement as a testament to student-athletes’ dedication both academically and athletically.
